Happy 420 everyone!

Wow, I have been at this exercise regime for seventy days. 70…. It doesn’t seem so long right? But then sometimes, when I just cannot get my ass of the couch, it feels like forever.

I feel the depression from the last week wearing off and I did work out, but it’s comparison day… and I am so very proud of myself.

So a couple of days ago, hubby and I went to the beach. That’s how this all started by the way. I put that picture of me that I absolutely hate, on the net, for the world to see. What you see here, on this post, is the original picture and the most recent picture, taken at just over two months into this weight loss plan.

I look much better. Not perfect but better. Mind you, this is all internal. I have a distorted body image that will never go away. I am proud of this picture. It shows the work I have done and that this is working for me. I hope your weight loss plan is working for you.
