Hot and Healthy – Thriving Through Menopause One Pound at a Time – Day 50, March 31, 2024
Today was quite boring. It’s Sunday and a Holiday so not much to do, no place to go. It’s also Jellyfish week here so no beaching it until they are gone.
I know I said I would post everything I eat but here’s the thing: I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch just about every single day. Non-Dairy yogurt, either Harmless Harvest or Foragers, and a protein shake is breakfast; and lunch is either cashews with my chocolate or cauliflower crackers with a slice or two of cheese and a protein shake.
Dinner is the one thing that I vary.
It’s leftovers tonight, despite what I just said. Some stuffed shells, some ahi, veggies. Yum.
I start Physical Therapy (PT) tomorrow because my body is falling apart. It is mostly for my neck and lower back, which I discussed yesterday in talking about the Tens Units. Since I am now convinced Pilates is amazing along with Yoga, I think I will do one of those each day, along with the PT exercises I am bound to be given.

My weightlifting in the afternoon was not as enjoyable. I did part of one routine and part of another for a combined 30 minutes, but I really cannot recommend either because I couldn’t do at least 75% of either, therefore I will not post them.
